  • Chrome Wheels: up to 30 business days to build and ship.
  • Powder Coated Wheels: up to 45 business days to build and ship.
  • Forged Billet Wheels: up to 6–8 weeks for manufacturing.
  • Cast Wheels: up to 7–14 days to ship.
  • Shipping timelines refer to production and preparation time. Actual delivery time may vary based on location, carrier, or unforeseen global issues.

📦 SHIPPING & TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order has been shipped and scanned by FedEx or USPS, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, which may cause delays. We’re doing our best to maintain regular order shipments, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.


🛡️ WARRANTY COVERAGE

 

General Warranty:

  • Coverage: 1 year from purchase.
  • Requires proof of purchase.
  • DNA may choose to repair (using new/reconditioned parts) or replace the product.

Chrome Warranty (1-Year Limited):

  • Must be properly maintained (avoid salt, sand, humidity, and abrasives).
  • DNA determines if chrome wear is due to misuse or poor maintenance.
  • If deemed defective, DNA will repair or replace the part.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Not covered: Damage from accidents, misuse, installation errors, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Only repair or replacement is offered.
  • No coverage for incidental/consequential damages.
  • Implied warranties (merchantability/fitness for purpose) limited to 1 year.

 

🔁 RETURNS

 

  • No returns without prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Must request return within 30 days of invoice.
  • Report missing/damaged parts within 2 working days.
  • Handling/restocking fee may apply.
  • DNA does not provide call tags for returns.
  • Returns must be properly packaged—damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • No return freight coverage for international orders.

 

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – DUTIES & TAXES

 

  • Recipient is responsible for customs duties and import fees.
  • DNA Specialty has no control over these charges.
  • Customs policies vary; check with your local office for details.
