RETURNS
DNA does not offer call tags for any return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling or writing DNA Specialty to request an RMA number. Parts will only be considered for return if the request is made within 30 days from the date of DNA’s invoice. Incorrect, damaged or missing parts must be reported within 2 working days of the time the products are received. A handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless otherwise specified. DNA Specialty, INC reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion. Please note all parts returned must be packaged correctly; the customer will be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. DNA Specialty will not be responsible for the return freight on overseas orders.
DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for import clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; DNA SPECIALTY has no control over these charges, nor can DNA SPECIALTY predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
